This is for a combined unit. The current locum will only provide
staffing assistance in the PCICU.
Dates Needed: Ongoing Coverage
Case Load/PPD: 7-14
Shift Type: Day Shift; Night Shift
Assignment Type: Inpatient
Assignment Duration: Locums
Shift Times: 7a-7p, 7p-7a
Procedures Required: arterial puncture/line insertion; central
venous line insertion; endotracheal intubation
Certifications Required: CPNP-AC; PALS; BLS
Call Required: No
Board Certification Required: Negotiable
Prescriptive Authority Required: Yes
Patient Population: Children
Support Staff: Permanent staff--1 APP + 1 fellow physician + 1
intensivist 24/7; when staffing allows a 2nd APP will be staffed on
day shifts.
