A company is looking for a Director, New Sales - Public
Sector.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify, develop, and close opportunities aligned with
customer business objectives
Own and manage the entire sales cycle, ensuring a structured
approach to deal closure
Engage in consultative selling with senior business leaders to
position tailored solutions
Required Qualifications
7+ years of enterprise software sales experience, with a focus on
Federal Government sales
Experience in selling Enterprise SaaS, preferably in CLM, ERP, or
BSM domains
Proven track record of closing large enterprise software sales
exceeding $1m ARR quotas
Bachelor's degree in business or related field, or equivalent work
experience
Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM tools for pipeline
management and forecasting
