Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Commercial Platforms
(Salesforce).
Key Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of the Salesforce platform
to support commercial and laboratory processes
Oversee the design, customization, and implementation of Salesforce
solutions for business operations and sales effectiveness
Champion the application of SAFe Agile methodologies across teams
and drive continuous improvement initiatives for the Salesforce
platform
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Information
Technology, Health Informatics, or a related field required
Master's degree or relevant certifications in Health Information
Management preferred
10+ years of experience in commercial product management or a
similar leadership role
Strong understanding of healthcare interoperability standards and
regulatory requirements
Proven experience in Agile project management, preferably with SAFe
certifications
