Key Responsibilities
Mentor team members, providing constructive feedback and career
guidance
Develop and implement design ops programs to streamline workflows
and boost efficiency
Collaborate across departments to align design vision with business
goals
Required Qualifications
Proven experience in design management and growing teams
Hands-on B2B SaaS product design expertise and experience with
design systems
At least 3 years of people management experience
Strong understanding of various design disciplines and roles
Experience in conducting portfolio reviews and design exercises
