Job Description:
A company is looking for a Product Manager, Core HCM (US
Federal).
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary owner of feature definition and lead
discussions with architects and development teams
Coach colleagues on functional product decisions aligned with U.S.
Federal HR processes and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with customers and internal partners to drive product
strategy and build CORE HCM functionality
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience as a U.S. Federal consultant, implementor,
HR administrator, or similar role
Deep knowledge of U.S. Federal requirements, including Title V and
the Office of Personnel Management
Must be a U.S. Citizen
Experience working with clients in customer-facing situations
Knowledge of HCM SaaS products preferred
