A company is looking for a Clinical Relationship Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Utilize clinical background to optimize customer workflows and
conduct regular performance reviews with users
Act as the primary clinical contact for enterprise accounts,
providing support and monitoring user engagement
Lead HCP user onboarding processes, including training sessions and
development of customized programs
Required Qualifications
Master's level clinician with 6+ years of experience in telehealth,
digital health, or healthcare operations
Skilled in building relationships with healthcare professionals and
enterprise clients
Comfortable with KPIs and workflow analysis for performance
improvement
Proactive and action-oriented with a focus on driving initiatives
forward
Data-driven decision maker with the ability to analyze metrics for
strategy development
