Job Description:
A company is looking for an Account Manager - Spending Accounts
to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Manage client expectations and decisions regarding implementations
and ongoing deliverables
Lead client meetings and assist in gathering plan requirements for
documentation
Coordinate open enrollment deliverables and respond to client
inquiries in a timely manner
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of client services experience with consumer
spending health plans
Experience in third-party administration, benefits brokerage, or
health care industry preferred
Exposure to Benefits Administration, HRIS, or Payroll environments
preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite is required
