A company is looking for a Learning and Development Program
Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and delivery of various learning
programs
Oversee multiple L&D initiatives, ensuring timely and quality
execution
Develop and maintain metrics to assess program effectiveness and
engagement
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in Learning and Development or related
fields
Proven track record in managing and executing successful L&D
programs
Knowledge of instructional design principles and adult learning
theory
Familiarity with learning management systems and digital learning
tools
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle
multiple initiatives
