Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of eCommerce to lead and
optimize their website and eCommerce experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build and manage a high-performing conversion rate optimization
(CRO) program
Oversee day-to-day website operations, including Shopify management
and project execution
Collaborate with design and development teams to enhance user
experience and site performance
Required Qualifications
Extensive experience in leading eCommerce functions, particularly
in direct-to-consumer brands
Strong track record in managing high-volume testing and
experimentation programs
Deep experience in analytics and data tracking to inform business
decisions
Familiarity with Shopify, app integrations, and technical SEO
Experience in driving international growth through optimized
localized experiences
