Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their
financial reporting team.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure data integrity in lease accounting software related to
leases and subscription-based IT arrangements
Assist in the preparation of the university's annual audited
financial statements and specialized reports
Prepare adjusting entries, work papers, footnotes, and schedules
while applying generally accepted accounting principles
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a business-related
field, or equivalent training and experience
Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
Experience in gathering, analyzing, summarizing, and interpreting
data
Experience using automated systems and software, including
Microsoft applications
