Job Description:
A company is looking for a Patient Finance Manager to oversee
financial operations and enhance profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Manage productivity and quality metrics for payment posting,
financial counseling, and customer service teams
Develop key performance indicators and departmental goals to
measure employee performance
Ensure timely resolution of patient complaints and maintain
compliance with HIPAA guidelines
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in business, business administration, finance, or
accounting preferred
Minimum of 3 years of management experience in a medical billing
environment preferred
Proficiency in MS Office and understanding of CPT and ICD-10 coding
protocols
Experience with medical coding, billing, and denial resolution
required
Familiarity with Epic software and AMA coding guidelines
preferred
