Job Description:
A company is looking for a Vice President of Corporate
Development and M&A.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and execution of
strategic mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and
partnerships
Oversee all aspects of deal execution, including valuation,
negotiation, due diligence, and integration planning
Manage relationships with external advisors and internal teams to
ensure smooth transaction processes and successful post-merger
integration
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related
field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
12-15+ years of experience in corporate development, M&A,
investment banking, or related fields
Proven track record of leading successful M&A transactions in a
public or high-growth private company
Strong financial acumen with expertise in financial modeling,
valuation, and deal structuring
Deep understanding of corporate strategy, market dynamics, and
industry trends
